The Glass Box

                                  The glass Box

Once upon a time, in a faraway land, there lived a king who loved to collect rare and precious objects. His most prized possession was a glass box, which he kept in a room at the top of his castle. The box was said to contain a magical object that could grant any wish to the person who opened it.

Many brave adventurers had tried to open the box, but none had succeeded. The king had set a challenge - anyone who could open the box would be granted three wishes, but if they failed, they would be thrown into the castle dungeon.

One day, a poor farmer named Jack decided to try his luck. He had heard of the glass box and the challenge set by the king, and he hoped that the wishes could help him and his family to live a better life.

Jack climbed the winding stairs of the castle and approached the glass box. He took a deep breath and tried to open it, but it wouldn't budge. He tried again and again, but it remained firmly shut.

As Jack was about to give up, he noticed something strange. The box had a tiny keyhole that he hadn't seen before. He searched through his pockets and found a small, rusty key that he had picked up on his travels.

Jack inserted the key into the lock and turned it. To his surprise, the box opened with a soft click, and a bright light filled the room. Inside the box, he found a small, glowing crystal.

Excited, Jack picked up the crystal and held it tightly. He closed his eyes and made his first wish. "I wish for my family to have food and shelter for the rest of their lives," he said.

In an instant, Jack found himself outside the castle gates. He looked down and saw that he was holding a large bag of gold. He rushed home to his family and used the gold to build a beautiful house and a bountiful farm. They never went hungry again.

Jack returned to the castle the next day to make his second wish. He closed his eyes and said, "I wish for good health and happiness for all the people in my village."

As soon as he opened his eyes, he found himself back in the village. Everyone was smiling and laughing, and there was a festive atmosphere in the air. Jack realized that his wish had come true - the people in the village were no longer suffering from poverty and sickness.

For his third and final wish, Jack wished for the magical crystal to return to the glass box, so that it could help someone else in need. The crystal glowed brightly and disappeared from his hand, and the box closed with a soft click.

The king was overjoyed that someone had finally opened the glass box and granted the wishes. He rewarded Jack with a large sum of money and asked him how he had managed to open the box.

Jack told the king about the tiny keyhole and the rusty key, and the king was amazed. He had never noticed the keyhole before, and he had been searching for the answer to the puzzle for years.

From that day on, the king learned to look at things differently, and he began to see the value in small details. And Jack lived happily ever after, grateful for the magical crystal that had changed his life.
